With so many astrology resources available on the internet today, I would like to share with you some of my favorites. I wouldn’t be surprised if I’ve gone through more than 100 of them. What follows is a list of websites and astrologers and what I like about them. As always, remember to consider the time zones so, if an American Astrologer is talking about 25th March, it can mean 25-26th March for those in the Southern Hemisphere. A good trick is to use your astrology apps to see when the transit is taking effect or Planet Watcher displays a nice chart showing the aspects and positions for your timezone.
Astrology King http://astrologyking.com/
Astrologer Jamie Partridge posts regularly on the New and Full Moons, Retrogrades as well as upcoming transits. When explaining transits, he explains what it means as an aspect in the natal chart and then goes on to explain the general transit. He also takes in to account special aspect patterns and fixed stars. His Retrograde articles include his interpretations of the shadow periods on either side of the retrograde. Overall, he presents a large amount of information in to a very comprehensive yet succinct and easy to absorb.
Empowering Astrology http://empoweringastrology.com/
Katie Sweetman delivers a daily interpretation for current transits as well as for New and Full Moons. She uses astrology to take advantage of current energies to become more conscious and aware of oneself. She also has articles on what a planet in a particular sign means for your Ascendant or Sun eg. Mars in Taurus: Sign by Sign, however, one must also take note of individual natal charts as each house is not always going to start at exactly 0 degrees of a sign.
Ruby Slipper Astrology http://rubyslipper.ca/ruby-slipper-astrology/
Nadia Gilchrist posts interpretations on daily transits as well as a weekly horoscope for the collective as well as each sign. She explains and interprets the aspects in a concise, practical and easy to absorb manner. She also posts about New and Full Moons as well as Retrogrades and planet ingresses.
Julie Demboski Astrology https://juliedemboski.com/
Julie Demboski’s interpretations are not as tightly linked to specific aspects as other sites mentioned however they may still resonate quite strongly, with what seems like more channeled messages rather than relaying on traditional aspect interpretations. So the educational side with regards to current transits is almost non-existent. She does not write sign horoscopes but does write about weekly aspects for the collective. She has some interesting articles on the Asteroids and Arabic Parts. She writes a weekly interpretation for each day of the week and often covers the New and Full Moons.
Darkstar Astrology http://darkstarastrology.com/
Marina is a UK astrologer whose focus is more on mundane astrology however she does sometimes relate it back to how it may manifest on a personal level. She posts interpretations based on a 10 day cycle or an Egyptian week and mentions Fixed Stars that will be activated. Her zodiac sign horoscopes are practical and she also has a YouTube channel talking about retrogrades, impactful transits and global events. Marina also posts videos on YouTube regarding current transits and their effects on the collective with a little bit of focus on the individual effects.
The LeoKing, David Palmer https://www.inclusiveastrology.com/
David’s Astrology is very much about raising awareness of one’s higher self and consciousness. His zodiac sign horoscopes are only available via a monthly subscription however it is quite affordable. Here you’ll also get weekly Tarot and channelled messages from David. I find his style enjoyable and his energy is infectious. He has a very palatable way of presenting the link between astrology and a higher source. His movie Age of Deception (free on YouTube) provides a great history and thought provoking ideas about astrology’s role in society over the centuries. His YouTube channel often features videos on each New and Full Moon as well as Retrogrades, impactful transits and planet sign ingresses. He also has a quite an affordable set of astrology classes to purchase which contains tutorials from the basics such as signs, planets, and aspects through to advanced topics such as eclipses, aspect patterns, synastry and progressed chart readings.
Rick Levine http://stariq.com
Rick Levine’s website has a daily collective horoscope interpretation of the current transits on the landing page. The individual sign horoscopes are a bit hard to navigate to so here’s the direct link – http://stariq.com/levine/dailyhoroscope.asp His 60-90 minute monthly presentations are posted on https://www.youtube.com/user/jjawer and here is where he really excels, covering and explaining the monthly transits including Retrogrades, New and Full Moons. Some may find these videos a bit dry compared to the style of David Palmer, however he explains the planets, signs and aspects in very detailed way that is educational and easy to absorb.
Kapacha Lescher https://www.youtube.com/user/tomlescher
I have only discovered Kapacha Lescher very recently but his interpretations and style certainly speak to me. Kapacha posts a weekly video on YouTube which shortly after is transcribed in to several different languages in PDF format from his website http://newparadigmastrology.com/pele-report-written-translations/. His interpretation style is not as heavy on the education as Rick Levine but it very relatable with a slant towards spiritual awareness and individual consciousness. His videos really highlight how he presents the information quite seriously combined with a laid back and inviting style.
**I’ll endeavor to make another post over the next week on more astrology resources which I find can be helpful but which I consult less often simply because I often don’t have time to read them all weekly!
